My Order Hasn’t Shipped for Over 2.5 Weeks – YunExpress Tracking Stuck

I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I check the YunExpress tracking, it shows that the package hasn’t even been shipped yet! This is beyond frustrating.

I reached out to the seller, and all they said was, “We already handed it over to the courier.” But if that’s true, why is my order still stuck with no updates? I’ve waited long enough, and I’m tired of this delay. How much longer am I supposed to wait?

I demand an immediate solution! Either ship my order now or provide a full refund. People have a limit to their patience, and I’ve reached mine.
