My Order Not Trackable via Yun Express
On February 26, 2025, I placed an order with Limrali Ev Tekstili (Order No: 1097) for two sofa covers and four pillowcases, paying ₺3117.59. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation stating my order had been shipped via Yun Express with tracking number YT2505621272139216.
However, when I try to track my package, the Yun Express website shows "Access Denied," meaning I have no way of knowing where my order is. I have repeatedly messaged Limrali Ev Tekstili, but they refuse to respond. Even worse, they disabled comments on their Instagram page, further avoiding customer complaints.
I demand an immediate refund if my order was never actually shipped. This lack of transparency and customer service is completely unacceptable. Limrali Ev Tekstili, respond to your customers!
