I ordered a $29 pet collar from abroad, and it’s been stuck in “out for delivery” status for a week! Yet, no one has attempted to deliver it, no calls, no messages, nothing. It’s as if my package has disappeared.

I have been home the entire time, so there’s no excuse for a missed delivery. YunExpress hasn’t contacted me, and when I try to reach them, there is no customer service number anywhere. How is this acceptable?

My tracking number is YT2435921272083619. YunExpress, I need my package delivered immediately, or I expect a full refund. Stop keeping customers in the dark and resolve this issue now!
