Youwin Deposit Problem — My EFT Not Reflected in Account

On October 4, 2025, I made a bank transfer (EFT) of ₺1,700 through the Hepsibahis/Youwin platform. During the transaction, I did not receive any error message or warning, yet the amount was never credited to my account. My usernames and email addresses are u*****@hotmail.com** and c******@hotmail.com**, and the transaction reference number is GF7U6DFVDRW. The transaction was completed via the website using my iPhone device.

I have not received any response from customer support, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I request that the ₺1,700 I transferred be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
