Youwin Casino Didn’t Credit My Bank Transfer — Requesting Refund

On October 13, 2025, at 02:30 a.m. and 1:47 p.m., I transferred a total of ₺408 to my Youwin Casino account via bank transfer through Denizbank. I have both receipts and transaction reference numbers for these payments. However, the deposited amounts never appeared in my gaming account.

This is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue with Youwin. It has now been about 12 hours since the first transfer and half an hour since the second, yet the funds are still missing. I contacted customer support, but I have not received any response.

My username is merve65. I do not want the funds added to my gaming account; instead, I request that the ₺408 be refunded directly to my bank account. I ask that this issue be resolved urgently to prevent further inconvenience.
