On June 18, 2025, I deposited ₺500 into my Youwin account. I waited more than a full day, and eventually the system marked the transaction as “failed.” However, the money was neither credited to my Youwin account nor refunded back to my bank account.
The process itself was frustrating—after keeping me waiting for nearly two hours, the system simply declared the transaction unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I cannot reach customer service, and my emails remain unanswered. This shows just how poor and unreliable the platform’s infrastructure really is.
I demand that my ₺500 deposit be either credited to my account or refunded to my bank account immediately. Leaving customers without their money, support, or proper communication is unacceptable.
