Yourselfirst charged me for a subscription I didn’t sign up for, how can I get a refund?

It's important to act quickly if Yourselfirst charged you for a contract you didn't agree to.

First, go to (https://app.yourselfirst.com/en/sign-in) and log in to your account. Then, go to Profile > Account settings > Manage Plans to look over your subscriptions and cancel any that are still live.

Email Yourselfirst's customer service team at [email protected] to ask for a return. In your message, describe the charge that you didn't make and include any account information that is applicable.

Their team will look over your request and decide if you can get your money back.

Keep in mind that some users have said it was hard to get refunds and end their subscriptions with Yourselfirst.

If you don't get a good answer, you might want to challenge the charge with your payment provider.

I want a refund for the payments that Yourselfirst took. I never agreed to them. Please refund my account.

I had the same problem with Yourselfirst; they charged me without my permission. I called their support and asked my bank to stop any more charges. You should definitely get in touch with both of them and ask for a refund right away.
