I signed up for a 7‑day trial on the Yourselfirst website (YOURSELFIRST.COM) and paid €1.99 for this trial. The trial started on 15-06-2026 and ended on 22-06-2026. On 22-06-2026 at 06:33, an additional amount of €36.99 was charged from my card by YOURSELFIRST.COM LTU, which I did not clearly understand would happen. At the time of purchase, it was not clear to me that the 7‑day trial would automatically turn into a recurring monthly subscription for €36.99. I only intended to pay €1.99 for the trial period, and I did not wish to continue with a paid subscription afterwards. As soon as I noticed the unexpected charge, I cancelled the subscription and contacted your customer support by email, requesting cancellation and a full refund of the €36.99. So far, I have not received a refund. I am a young student living in the Netherlands, and this amount is significant for me. I only planned for the small trial fee, not a monthly subscription, and this unexpected charge has affected my limited budget. I kindly request a full refund of the €36.99 and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
