Yourselfirst Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Signed Up for
Yourselfirst was truly underwhelming. Expecting a straightforward one-time purchase, I paid €1.99 for a single test, but nevertheless they charged me a €30 monthly fee which I never registered for? They locked me out of my account and changed my password, so I can even verify what was going on or cancel anything, which made things worse. When I contacted customer care, I found no assistance—just a lot of backtracking without a clear fix. Finally I had to ask my bank for a refund. Dealing with unexpected fees like this irritates me, particularly given I never agreed to a membership. If you are considering using Yourselfirst, be careful and closely review everything to prevent the same situation.
