Full Refund And Cancellation Of Yourselfirst Subscription

On 8 May 2026, I visited the website help.yourselfirst.com from Zambia to take what was promoted as a free IQ test. After realizing that it was actually tied to a paid subscription, I immediately terminated the so‑called free test and did not give my consent to be charged. Despite this, a payment of ZMW 793.47 was reserved on my FNB debit card for a purchase at “Help.yourselffirst.c” from my Smart Account ending in 3797, as reflected in the bank message received on 8 May at 19:50. I did not knowingly approve any subscription or recurring payment and consider this charge to be unauthorized and misleading given the initial free test promotion. In addition, on 10 May 2026 at 20:21 there was a further attempted charge of ZMW 794.95 that was declined by FNB due to insufficient funds in account number ending 5159, which I suspect was another unauthorized attempt related to the same subscription. I kindly request a full refund of ZMW 793.47, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring service linked to my details, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
