I can’t log into my Yourselfirst account, yet they keep charging me €27 for a service I’m not receiving. The password I had saved for the site no longer works, and I’m unable to access my account to stop these charges. I request an immediate refund, as I’m not in a position to have €27 taken from my debit card for something I cannot use.
