Yourselfirst Charged Me for a "Free MBTI Test" Without Clear Disclosure
Seeking a "free mbti test," I stumbled into Yourselfirst. My eye was drawn to the advertisement since it clearly said the test was free. To view the results, though, I was sent to a payment page upon test completion. On top of that, the page had a disclaimer in fine, faint type telling me, by paying, I was also signing up for a monthly plan of about $29 unless canceled. This felt deceptive as the upfront advertising made no reference of subscriptions or expenses. Although the business says its conditions are obviously clear-cut, I strongly disagree I think the payment information should be clearly visible to avoid misunderstandings and stop others from feeling deceived like I did.
I got my refund. Thank you for resolution.
