Yourselfirst Misled Me, Charged Monthly After One-Off Evaluation
Yourselfirst makes me feel rather mislead. Originally paying just $1.99 for what was meant to be a one-off wellness evaluation, I started having $29.99 deducted from my account every month. I never deliberately up for a monthly subscription, and I most certainly did not authorize repeated charges. They obtained my bank card information somehow and began charging me without my express permission. I called Yourselfirst customer service to cancel the debit order as well as the subscription. They said the subscription was canceled, but I checked my account and the debit still showed through. This seems like a covert approach of income collection from individuals. I would like a complete refund and assurance that all charges have been halted.
