Yourselfirst.com Charged Me $30 For An Unapproved Subscription —

I recently used a service on Yourselfirst.com, where I paid a one‑time fee on 2 January from Turkey through their website in order to see the results of one of their tests. This payment was made with the clear understanding that it was a single purchase only for accessing the test results, and I did not intend to purchase any recurring or subscription‑based service. Despite this, a subscription was created in my name without my knowledge or consent, and on 9 January, my credit card was charged 30 dollars. I did not receive any confirmation or information email about a subscription or about this 30‑dollar payment. At no point did I knowingly approve a recurring subscription or request any ongoing service; I only wanted one‑time access to the test results. I therefore consider both the unapproved subscription and the unauthorized 30‑dollar charge to be unacceptable. I have already contacted Yourselfirst.com customer support regarding this issue, but have not received any response. I kindly request a full refund of the 30 dollars that was charged to my credit card and a written confirmation that any subscription linked to my name and card has been completely and permanently cancelled, so that no further charges will be made in the future.

Thank you for the refund. However, if the information had been clearer and more accurate, no one would have ended up in this situation.
