I am writing regarding an unauthorized payment taken by Yourselffirst from my account. On 30/01/2026, an amount of 49.95 USD was charged through my Mashreq Bank card in the UAE, even though I never agreed to any subscription, membership, or service with this company. I did not give consent to this payment, and I was not informed in advance about any kind of charge. I have not yet contacted Yourselffirst or Mashreq Bank customer service, but I consider this transaction unauthorized. I request a full refund of the 49.95 USD taken from my account and confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
