Yourselfirst Charged Me $40 but I Can’t Access My Account

I subscribed to Yourselfirst’s “premium personalized report” on 11/02/2026 from Cambodia, and I have been charged $40 even though I have never been able to access the service. The password I had saved for the site no longer works, and I have not been able to log into my account since I subscribed, so I never even received my results. Because I cannot log in, I am also unable to manage my subscription or stop the ongoing charges. I have reached out to your support, but I have not received any response so far, which leaves me paying for a service I am not receiving and cannot cancel on my own. I request that you immediately restore access to my account so that I can log in, view my results, and unsubscribe if I wish. I also ask you to review and refund the charges taken for the period in which I had no access to the service.
