Yourselfirst.com Charged Me $30 for an Unapproved Subscription — Requesting Full Refund
I recently used a service from Yourself First, where I paid to see the results of one of their tests. After making this one-time payment, a subscription was created in my name without my knowledge or consent, and my credit card was then charged $30 yesterday. At no point did I knowingly approve or request a recurring subscription. I only wanted access to the test results, not any ongoing service. I consider this unauthorized charge and unapproved subscription to be unacceptable. I kindly request a full refund of the 30 dollars that was charged to my credit card and a written confirmation that any subscription linked to my name and card has been completely and permanently cancelled so that no further charges will be made in the future.
Progress

I recently used a service from Yourself First where I paid a one-time fee on their website to see the results of one of their tests. I made this payment from Romania about one month ago, with the clear understanding that it was a single purchase only for accessing the test results.
Despite this, a subscription was created in my name without my knowledge or consent, and my credit card was charged 30 dollars yesterday. At no point did I knowingly approve or request a recurring subscription, nor was I seeking any ongoing service. I only wanted access to the test results. I consider both the unapproved subscription and the unauthorized 30‑dollar charge to be unacceptable.
I have already contacted Yourself First customer support regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I kindly request a full refund of the 30 dollars that was charged to my credit card and written confirmation that any subscription linked to my name and card has been completely and permanently cancelled, so that no further charges will be made in the future.
