YouGov Suspended My Account and Withheld Cash Reward

My access to my YouGov account (**********@hotmail.com) has been blocked for the past three days, and I am unable to log in. Before my account was closed, I did not receive any warning, explanation, or notification email.

I had accumulated approximately 2,500 points in my account, which equals a payment of $8. Even though I completed all surveys regularly, accurately, and in compliance with the rules, my access was terminated without any explanation, and I have not been paid for the points I earned.

I contacted YouGov’s support team regarding this issue, but I received a negative response and my grievance has not been resolved. I request that the points I earned through my efforts and the corresponding $8 payment be issued to me, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation regarding the unjust closure of my account.
