YouGov Failed to Transfer Survey Cash Reward Within Promised 1–3 Days
I have been participating in surveys on YouGov for a long time and accumulated points over time. After reaching 2,500 points, I became eligible for a cash reward of $8. On December 1, I submitted a payment request to my Ziraat Bank account via IBAN. Although the system states that the reward will be transferred within 1–3 days, it has now been 25 days and I still have not received the payment.
I am certain that I entered my IBAN information correctly. After experiencing this delay, I contacted YouGov both by email and through the support team, but despite this, no payment has been credited to my account and I have not received a clear response.
I request that the reward I earned by dedicating my time to surveys be transferred to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible and that I be provided with an explanation regarding the delay.
