YouGov Stopped Sending Surveys to My Account for 10 Days
I have not been able to access YouGov surveys for approximately 10 days, and no new surveys are being sent to my account. I currently have 1,200 points accumulated in my account, and I regularly log in through the Android app. The email address associated with my account is m*********************@gmail.com.
This is the first time I have experienced this issue, and I have never had a similar problem before. I am not receiving any error messages; I am simply not receiving any new surveys. So far, I have not contacted customer service.
I request that surveys be sent to me again and that my account be reviewed to resolve this issue.
