I Tried To Log Into My YouGov Account But Didn’t Receive The Code

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to log into my YouGov account both via the website in a browser and through the Android mobile app. Previously, I was able to access my account regularly without any issues, including receiving the access code required to log in. However, when I recently tried to redeem my rewards, I was no longer able to access my account because the login access code was not being sent to me anymore. As a result, I cannot view my accumulated rewards, my survey history, or redeem what I have earned, which has caused significant inconvenience. I contacted YouGov customer support via email and also reached out through social media, but I have not received any response from any of these channels so far. I find it very concerning that I cannot access my long‑used account and rewards, and that my attempts to seek support have gone unanswered. My account email is: donprasit****@gmail.com. I request that this login and access code issue be resolved as soon as possible, my account access be restored, and that I can smoothly log in, view my surveys and rewards, and redeem them without further problems. I also expect the website and platform to be kept updated and accessible at all times so that such issues do not recur.
