YouGov Stopped Sending Me Surveys and Makes Rewards Difficult to Claim

I have been a YouGov user in the United States for several years and until recently I was satisfied with the service. However, since around January 2026, the platform has become increasingly problematic to use and now feels deceptive compared to how it used to be. For a long time I could complete surveys and receive my rewards without any issues, but now I have to fight for almost every reward. I no longer receive normal surveys and for over a month I have not received a proper survey at all. Instead, I constantly get messages that I do not qualify, followed by only 200 points, which is very different from my previous experience as a long‑time user. Each time I finally manage to earn a reward, I have to contact customer support for it to be issued, and they act as if nothing is wrong. Even when they do issue a reward card, it is only valid for 24 hours, which makes it very difficult to actually use the reward and gives the impression that YouGov is trying to avoid honoring what has been earned. I am very disappointed because YouGov has become a service I no longer trust. I request that my account and rewards history be reviewed, that my rewards be issued in a fair and usable way without these 24‑hour limitations, and that my access to normal surveys be restored so I can use the platform as it was before, without feeling scammed.
