No New Surveys on YouGov After Earning More Points
When I first started using the YouGov survey app, I was receiving surveys very frequently. However, as my points increased, the number of surveys I received dropped significantly — to the point where I haven’t received any for weeks. On top of that, the rewards per survey are quite low, which makes the long waiting periods even more frustrating.
A transparent and reliable company should provide surveys consistently within a reasonable time frame, regardless of the user’s point level. I truly hope this complaint is taken seriously and that YouGov improves its survey distribution system.
