I Face Unfair Ban on Yoho Voice Chat App and Lost $15 in Coins
About a week ago, my Yoho Voice Chat account under the username “Buglem” (ID: 82710023) was unfairly banned, and the $15 worth of coins in my account were confiscated. The reason stated for the ban was “offensive language and insults,” but I never engaged in such behavior — this accusation is completely false and baseless.
I contacted Yoho customer support regarding this issue, but I never received any response, and now my device has also been banned. Prior to this incident, I had never received any warnings or experienced similar problems on the app.
I request that my account be reinstated and that I be given a clear explanation for this situation. I also demand the return of the $15 in confiscated coins. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
