Yoho Voice Chat Banned My Account and Took My Coins and Money
My Yoho Voice Chat account with ID TR442211 was suspended without justification, under the claim of a so-called “refund.” Along with this, approximately $2,000 and 10 million coins in my account were confiscated. In addition, my friends who work as broadcasters on the platform also had their accounts closed, and they were asked to pay money in dollars. This situation began about two weeks ago and is still ongoing. Since all the platform officials have now blocked me, I have no way to communicate with them.
When I contacted Yoho’s support team, I was falsely accused of being aware of a “refund” and, as a result, all of my accounts were suddenly shut down. My funds and coins were seized without any explanation. This is the first time I’ve faced such an incident, and it has caused me serious financial loss and emotional distress after all the effort I’ve put into the platform.
I expect Yoho to reopen my account and return all of my assets, including the coins and balance held in my account. I have suffered greatly, both financially and personally. I do not consent to this injustice and demand the immediate restoration of my account and all my in-app assets.
