Yoho App Banned My Account Without Reason and Withheld $12 Balance
I was unfairly treated while using the voice chat feature on the Yoho iOS app. My account was suspended due to a false claim that I had logged in from another device, which does not belong to me. Despite repeatedly explaining that the account is mine and that I never logged in from another device, they still closed my account and even stated that it could be reopened only if I paid $1,000.
Before my account was suspended, I had a remaining balance of $12, which has not been refunded. When I contacted Yoho’s support team, they asked me to share the TR333369 code, but they didn’t provide any solution afterward. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the app exploits users through coin-based systems and even facilitates gambling-like activities inside the platform.
I request that my account be reactivated, my $12 balance refunded, and that these unfair practices and user grievances within the app be properly addressed. I would also like to note that this complaint is being submitted from Ümraniye, Istanbul.
