Yoho Voice Chat Wrongfully Banned My Android Account and Demanded $1,900

On September 22, 2025, at 2:29 a.m., my Yoho Voice Chat account (ID: 80033327) was permanently closed without any valid reason. The platform claimed that an unusual login occurred from an iPhone device and that I purchased and refunded coins — but I had absolutely nothing to do with such an action. My device is Android, and I have never purchased coins from any device. I have no idea who accessed my account or when it supposedly happened.

To resolve the issue, I explained the situation in detail to Ms. M** from the Yoho management team**. I clearly stated that I had no involvement in any refund activity and that my agency owner was also not connected to the issue. Despite this, they demanded $1,900 to restore my account, which I believe is completely unjust and unethical.

I request that Yoho lift this unfair penalty on my account and provide a detailed explanation regarding the alleged violation.
