I Face Unjust Ban on Yoho App Despite Paying for In-App Purchases

About ten days ago, while using the chat feature on the Yoho app, my account (username: 87422362) was banned without any explanation or prior notice. Even though I had made in-app purchases and paid for features, I never received any notification or reason for the ban. I also reached out to Yoho’s customer support, but they were completely unhelpful and my issue remains unresolved.
I didn’t violate any rules before the ban, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. I request that this unjust ban be lifted and that my chat feature be reactivated as soon as possible.
