Yoho App Permanently Banned Account Recovery Request

On September 20, 2025, my Yoho account was suspended without any warning or explanation, and my device was also banned. I had approximately $48 in my account balance at the time. I was not given any reason for the suspension — the only message I received stated that I had been permanently banned. However, I did not commit any violation, and I have never experienced such an issue before.
My username is asstan kimsesiz. I reached out to Yoho customer support, but I haven’t received any response. Additionally, two members of the Yoho management team blocked me on WhatsApp after I tried to contact them for help.
I am requesting the refund of my $48 balance and the removal of the device ban on my account. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
