"I had been called for a problem I experienced before and was promised a solution, but unfortunately, I did not get a result. However, with my new complaint, it is pleasing that they noticed my past grievance and issued a refund for both of my requests. Thank you. Taking preventive operational steps regarding frequently missing product shipments, without the need for customer complaints, will further increase trust in your brand.
