Yemek Sepeti Delayed My Order for Two Hours After Delivering Incomplete Food

I placed an order through Yemeksepeti, and after approximately 30-40 minutes, the food arrived, but it was incomplete. I contacted their live support, and they assured me that the order would be corrected and the new one was on its way. However, I have now been waiting for two hours, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I have already paid for this order, which makes this delay even more frustrating. Despite contacting support again, they provided no concrete updates or resolution. This level of service makes me question their ability to handle basic customer needs. It’s unbelievable that a company as large as Yemeksepeti cannot resolve such a simple issue. This situation is truly unacceptable.
