My experience with Yemek Sepeti has been deeply upsetting. For the past two months, I’ve been trying to switch to using my own courier, but the system doesn’t allow it. During this time, I’ve faced commission cuts of up to 50%. On top of that, advertising fee invoices have been issued without my knowledge or consent. Even though I clearly requested to close my store, no action was taken. Despite deleting my entire menu, the store still appears active and invoices continue to be issued under advertising fees. I feel completely taken advantage of throughout this process, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone to resolve it.
I wanted to switch to using my own courier on Yemek Sepeti, but they did not accept it. So, we deleted all the products in the store and set the store's working hours to zero. For 3 months, we have called and emailed almost every day to close the store, but they ignore us and do not close the store. There isn't even a single person to talk to. Tomorrow, I will go to the prosecutor's office and file a criminal complaint.
