My revenue has plummeted significantly, making it hardly worthwhile to continue putting in the effort. I’ve been attempting to revert to my own courier, but they’re not permitting it. I received a contract that I agreed to at first, but just two days later, I let them know I had reconsidered my decision. They continue to ignore my request. I feel trapped in a system that has significantly harmed my earnings, and I'm facing obstacles in getting back to the arrangement that truly benefited me. I really need to get back to working with my own courier. This situation is utterly intolerable.
