Yemek Sepeti Did Not Let Me Switch Back to My Own Courier After Revenue Loss

During my time managing my own courier service, I consistently earned over ₺5,000 daily, and everything was running smoothly. However, after I began using Yemek Sepeti’s courier service, my experience took a turn for the worse. My revenue has plummeted significantly, making it hardly worthwhile to continue putting in the effort. I’ve been attempting to revert to my own courier, but they’re not permitting it. I received a contract that I agreed to at first, but just two days later, I let them know I had reconsidered my decision. They continue to ignore my request. I feel trapped in a system that has significantly harmed my earnings, and I'm facing obstacles in getting back to the arrangement that truly benefited me. I really need to get back to working with my own courier. This situation is utterly intolerable.

I have been using Yemek Sepeti for about a year and there are very high deductions. I want to switch to using my own courier but I am not getting any response. There is neither an accounting department nor a contact number we can reach. We send emails but get no reply. I can't log into the panel and there have been a lot of deductions.

I have been a tradesperson for about a year, using Yemek Sepeti. The commissions are very high, they literally take fifty percent. I also want to switch to using my own courier, I have been calling and writing for a month but there is no response. While my average daily turnover used to be around 8,000, now it is 1,000. I send emails and call, but there is no reply.
