Yemek Sepeti Does Not Take Responsibility for Missing Items!

Yemek Sepeti failed to resolve my issue regarding missing items from my order. Despite paying in full, I did not receive all the products I ordered. Both I, as the customer, and the restaurant agree that I am entitled to a refund or compensation. I even provided photo evidence and detailed explanations through the app, but no proper response was given. However, Yemeksepeti, acting as an intermediary, refused to take any responsibility and simply collected their commission without offering a solution. They seem more interested in protecting their own earnings than ensuring customer satisfaction. As a trusted platform, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.
