Yemek Sepeti Charged Me Without Approval and Repeatedly Messed Up My Orders

Yemek Sepeti is taking payments for my orders without asking me first, and they even went ahead and duplicated an order I had already canceled. It seems like a total rip-off. You can't cancel orders after you've placed them, and getting in touch with customer service is really tough. I called their support line, but none of the menu options helped or got me to a representative. I’ve had a lot of trouble with deliveries lately. Couriers keep showing up at the wrong place, and restaurants cancel my orders after I’ve waited forever, which leaves me with no one to talk to about it. I've experienced this several times, and I just can't rely on their service anymore. I'm done ordering from Yemek Sepeti.
