Yemek Sepeti Ignored My Request to Switch to My Own Courier Service

I registered my business with Yemeksepeti, and everything went well. However, when we converted to working with Yemeksepeti couriers, I requested that we switch to employing my own couriers instead. Despite sending four distinct emails, I have not received a response. The lack of communication has left me feeling abandoned and let down. I've also shared this issue on Xolvie, where they called twice over the weekend, promising a midweek resolution that never occurred. The hefty commission costs make it tough to maintain the cooperation, and the lack of action on my request has made it much more difficult to manage. I'm seriously considering canceling the contract until Yemeksepeti immediately addresses my courier transition request.
