Aggressive and Hostile Behavior of a Yemeksepeti Courier in Traffic

On September 11, 2025, at around 4:10 PM in the Adana KOP area, I encountered a Yemeksepeti courier in traffic riding a white Honda PCX 125 without mirrors, with red lever guards, and wearing an open-face helmet. While I was riding my motorcycle and honked the horn, the courier came over shouting “that’s my father,” then insulted me and hit my helmet. To prevent the situation from escalating, I left the scene and could not note the license plate or name. After this negative experience, I tried to reach Yemeksepeti customer service by phone, but despite waiting on the line for 15 minutes, I could not connect with anyone. I do not wish to initiate any legal action; I only request that the courier in question be warned and that I be informed by the authorities about the matter. I kindly ask for the necessary attention to be given.
