Yazıyor App Charges Annual Pro Fee After User Cancels Subscription

I purchased a Pro subscription on the Yazıyor app and canceled it about a week later. However, despite my cancellation, the annual fee was deducted from my account today.

My registered email address is o*********@hotmail.com. Even though I terminated the subscription within a short period, I do not accept being charged the annual fee, and I want this situation corrected.

I demand a full refund of this unfairly collected amount and request that my subscription records be checked and the necessary corrections made.
