I Cancelled Yazio Subscription but Charges Continue
I canceled my subscription to the Yazio app through the app about one month ago using my Ziraat Bank card. Despite this, charges have continued to be attempted and even processed from my card. Over the past month, a total of approximately $14 has been withdrawn. Just yesterday, I received another notification payment attempt when the charge failed due to insufficient balance.
Even though I have already canceled my subscription, these ongoing charges are causing me distress. I request that my subscription to the Yazıyor app be fully and permanently terminated and that no further charges be made to my card under any circumstances.
