Even though I explained to the Yapi Kredi Bank website that I am a new customer interested in the 15,000 TL interest-free cash advance campaign, it denied me the offer because I didn't meet certain conditions, such as becoming a customer through a video call on Yapi Kredi Mobile. The website's announcement didn't specify this requirement; it only mentioned becoming a customer through the mobile app. It's disappointing that the bank added this condition later, tarnishing its reputation and reliability. I plan to file complaints with organizations like the Banks Association and the BRSA. This situation is unacceptable for a reputable banking institution.
