Yapı Kredi Bank's Invite a Friend Campaign Fiasco
I was enticed to become a customer of Yapı Kredi Bank through their "Invite a Friend" campaign using a referral code. According to the campaign, both the inviter and invitee were supposed to receive a bonus of 250 TL each after spending 250 TL. However, despite making the purchase on April 15th, it has been two months and my bonus points still haven't been credited. We have created multiple support tickets, and the bank keeps claiming that there is a technical issue and the points will be automatically credited within 10 business days. But it's all a lie... They simply don't credit the points. Do not fall for the empty promises of Yapı Kredi Bank and their campaigns. They refuse to fulfill their obligations. I will pursue all legal rights until this matter is resolved.
