Garanti BBVA Bonuses Not Credited

I joined the “Invite and Earn” campaign for my credit card through Garanti BBVA mobile banking in the October 2025 period, and according to the campaign terms, the ₺5000 bonus was supposed to be loaded onto my card the following month. However, even as the month has ended, this bonus has still not been credited. Additionally, within the Genç2025 campaign, where I was supposed to earn a ₺3000 bonus for spending ₺1000, I noticed that this bonus also was not reflected on my Bonus Genç credit card. I am experiencing a clear inconvenience due to the failure to receive both the ₺5000 bonus from the invite campaign and the ₺3000 bonus I am entitled to from the Genç2025 campaign. I contacted customer service about the issue, but after seeing that many customers are facing similar problems, I felt the need to file this complaint. I request that the total bonuses I am entitled to from these campaigns be credited to my Bonus Genç credit card in full as soon as possible and that I receive clear and accurate information regarding the matter.
