Garanti BBVA Didn’t Credit the ₺500 Bonus Points After I Met Campaign Conditions

I followed all the steps for Garanti Bank’s credit card campaign, but I still haven’t seen the ₺500 bonus points show up in my account. At first, I noticed that my points were showing up on the system, but then the screens updated, and suddenly, the points disappeared from view. The bank appears to have the freedom to change the terms and conditions of their campaigns whenever they want, completely disregarding the original agreement. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, but they still can’t give me a straightforward answer or resolve the problem. I thought sticking to the rules would guarantee me the bonus, but now this whole situation has been really inconvenient and has me doubting their transparency.
