Unauthorized Annual Fee Charge on Yapı Kredi Bank Credit Card

I am writing to address an unauthorized deduction of 339 TL as an annual card fee from my Yapı Kredi Bank Play credit card ending in 8223. I am aware that, as per Article 31 of the Consumer Protection Law dated May 28, 2014, credit card issuers are obligated to provide a credit card type that does not impose an annual membership fee or any similar charge. Therefore, I am requesting the immediate cancellation and refund of this fee in accordance with the law. Furthermore, based on the decision from the 13th Civil Chamber (2011/4736 case, 2011/11579 decision), it is evident that the annual card fee is unjustified, and retroactive refund of such fees is mandatory under Article 125 of the Turkish Code of Obligations and HGK 2010/1-93-88 precedent. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to initiate legal proceedings, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I will also be terminating all my Yapı Kredi Bank accounts, credit cards, and instructions.
