I Cannot Remove Bank Block After Paying Debt at Yapı Kredi Adana Branch

I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with Yapı Kredi Bank, Adana Atatürk Caddesi Branch. After fully paying off my enforcement debt, I obtained an official “no debt” certificate from the courthouse and submitted it to the branch on March 25, 2026, as instructed by the customer representative. I was informed that the process would be completed within one week at the latest.
However, nearly one month has passed, and the block on my account has still not been lifted. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted both the branch and customer service, but I have not received any clear resolution. Instead, I have been forced to go back and forth between the courthouse, the branch, and customer service without any concrete progress.
Despite having fully settled my debt and officially submitting the “no debt” document to the bank, the ongoing restriction on my account is causing me serious inconvenience and financial difficulty.
I request that the block on my account be removed immediately and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation as to why this process has taken so long.
