I am a Yandex Pro user in Izmir. For the past week, I have repeatedly submitted withdrawal requests in order to withdraw my in-app balance, which is around $24, but every request keeps getting canceled and none of them are approved. I tried about 10 different IBANs from different banks, yet nothing has changed.
Even though I previously received payments through the same app without any issues, I now cannot withdraw my money at all. I reported the situation to the in-app support team multiple times, but they keep saying “there’s nothing we can do,” giving me only an Azerbaijan phone number, and I cannot reach anyone who can actually resolve the issue. I also cannot reach the number they provided, so no one is explaining what is happening.
I do not accept being prevented from withdrawing the balance I earned through my work. I request that Yandex Pro contact me as soon as possible, explain why my withdrawal requests are being canceled, pay out my balance in full, and conduct an investigation to ensure this kind of issue does not happen again. If this problem continues, I want to clearly state that I will delete the app and stop working with Yandex Pro.
