Yandex Promo Confirmed My Participation but Never Sent My Reward
On November 23, 2025, as part of the Yandex Navigate campaign, I set Yandex as my default search engine. On the screen, I saw a confirmation stating that my participation in the campaign was approved and that $2 would be loaded onto my Istanbulkart within one week. Despite this, no balance has been added to my Istanbulkart with number 6370 6001 9618 5736, even though the stated period has passed.
During this time, I received no notification from either Yandex or Istanbulkart regarding a campaign cancellation, additional conditions, or a possible error. Even though I correctly completed all the required steps, I am experiencing an issue because the promised promotion has not been deposited. I regularly check my Istanbulkart balance through the Istanbulkart Mobile app, and the $2 credit is still not visible.
I request that Yandex Navigate and the relevant campaign department verify my participation and load the promised $2 onto my Istanbulkart without further delay. I also ask for a clear and transparent explanation regarding the cause of this delay or issue.
