Kwai Account Recovery Request for Deactivated SIM
I am unable to access my Kwai account with the username “. Asiruhum” because the phone number registered to the account was deactivated three years ago. When I try to log in, the verification code is sent to that old, inactive number, which prevents me from accessing my account.
I contacted Kwai support regarding this issue, and they requested certain documents from me. Since my old phone number is no longer active, I cannot use my account and am experiencing hardship as a result.
Because the registered phone number is no longer in service, I request that the verification process for this account be transferred to my current phone number or to an email address I can access, and that my account be restored so I can log in again.
