Yandex Navigate Didn’t Add My Promo Balance

On November 20, 2025, as part of the Yandex Navigate campaign, I set Yandex as my default search engine and saw an on-screen message confirming that my participation was approved and that $2 would be added to my Istanbulkart within one week. However, even though the stated period has passed, no balance has been added to my Istanbulkart with the number 6370 6001 4865 6768.
During this process, I did not receive any communication from either Yandex or Istanbulkart regarding a campaign cancellation, additional conditions, or a possible error. I also have not yet contacted customer service. Even though I completed all the required steps correctly, I am experiencing a problem because the promised promotion has not been deposited into my account.
I request that Yandex Navigate and the relevant campaign department verify my participation and load the promised $2 onto my Istanbulkart without further delay, and that I be given a clear explanation for the cause of this delay, if any.
