Issue:
I used the service for the required amount of time according to the “Use Yandex for 3 days, get 5 GB” campaign, but the additional 5 GB of storage was not added to my account. I did not receive any warning or error message.
Actions I took:
I completed the required usage under the campaign.
I waited for a response from support channels, but I have not received any reply.
My expectation:
I request that the additional 5 GB of storage be added to my account (y***************@gmail.com) as soon as possible and that I be informed about the reason for the delay.
